By accessing or using Nepali Lyrics at https://nepalilyrics.net, or through our mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nepali Lyrics is a community-contributed platform that provides Nepali song lyrics, guitar chords, artist information, and radio streaming. All lyrics, chords, and metadata are submitted by users or collected from publicly available sources. The Service is available through our website and mobile applications, and allows users to browse, search, contribute, and suggest edits to lyrics and chords. We do not claim ownership of any lyrics, chords, or musical compositions.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Contributions & Edit Suggestions

When you submit lyrics, chords, edit suggestions, comments, or other content to the Service:

• You represent that the lyrics and chords you submit are accurate transcriptions of existing songs and that you are not claiming authorship of the original musical works.
• You grant Nepali Lyrics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, distribute, modify, and make available your contributed transcriptions and edit suggestions on the platform.
• Edit suggestions are submitted for review by our team. Approved edits will be applied to the existing song content. You acknowledge that your suggested edits may be modified, partially applied, or rejected at our sole discretion.
• You agree not to submit content that is offensive, defamatory, hateful, intentionally inaccurate, or violates any law.
• Your contributions and approved edit suggestions will be attributed to your display name and may earn reputation points as part of our community leaderboard system.
• You acknowledge that reputation points have no monetary value and are solely for community recognition purposes.
• We reserve the right to edit, modify, or remove any user contribution or edit suggestion at our discretion, and to revoke reputation points in cases of abuse.
• You may not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to submit contributions or edit suggestions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content in bulk from the Service
• Republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit lyrics, chords, or artist images from the Service
• Submit intentionally incorrect or misleading edits or contributions
• Manipulate the reputation/points system through fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, spam, or any harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent any content protection mechanisms on the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Nepali Lyrics website design, logo, code, and original content (excluding user-submitted lyrics and chords) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our website design or code without our written permission.

The Service may contain embedded content from third parties (such as YouTube videos) and links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Radio Streams

The radio stations available on the Service are publicly listed streams provided by the respective broadcasters. Nepali Lyrics does not host, store, or redistribute any audio content.

10. Advertisements

The Service may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or other advertising networks. Ad revenue helps support the operation and maintenance of the Service.

13. Termination
