Since launching her career in the early 2000s, she has become a household name in Nepal, especially renowned for her traditional Purbeli melodies and collaborations with legendary figures like Shambhu Rai.
Her extensive catalog includes timeless tracks such as Ye Kanchha, Beni Melai Ma, and Purbai Dharan. Her enduring impact on the country's musical heritage earned her the prestigious Prabal Janasewa Shree Chaturthi Bibhushan national honor in 2023.
