Rockheads (commonly known as Rockheads Nepal) is a prominent contemporary pop/indie alternative rock band formed in Kathmandu, Nepal. The band rose to massive national and global prominence within the modern Nepali music scene through their exceptionally polished production, anthemic melodic hooks, and emotive storytelling. The group features a tight, four-piece lineup: Sanjay Aryal handling lead vocals and bass guitar, Ridesh Pakhrin Tamang on guitars, Samyak Pakhrin Lama on drums and percussion, and Dawa Sherpa on keyboards and synthesizers. Emerging into the spotlight during the early 2020s, they have crafted a distinctive sonic identity that beautifully bridges the gap between classic Nepali rock traditions and ambient, modern alternative indie-pop.
